Flexible Schedules
Whether you have 2 hours a month or a few hours every week, we have roles for food distribution, clothes sorting, youth mentoring, event help, and administrative support.
Faith & Fellowship
Join a welcoming, faith-driven team that encourages and supports each other. Youth groups, church teams, families, and individuals are all welcome!
Sponsor a Food Drive
Looking for another way to support families in Lorain County? You can organize a food drive at your organization — collect non-perishable items and deliver them directly to our pantry. Or take it to the next level by sponsoring a #GiveHealthy food drive to provide fresh, healthy produce to families in need.
Traditional Non-Perishable Food Drive
Collect canned goods, pasta, rice, and other shelf-stable items at your church, school, workplace, or community event. Bring donations to We Care We Share Ministries during our open hours or coordinate a drop-off time with our team.
#GiveHealthy Food Drive Sponsorship
Partner with us through GiveHealthy to fund fresh produce from local growers. Every dollar provides nutritious fruits and vegetables directly to the families we serve. It's simple, impactful, and makes healthy eating accessible.

Food Pantry: 6 Volunteers (1:00 - 3:00 PM & 3:00 - 5:00 PM ET)
Clothing Closet: 2 Volunteers (1:00 - 3:00 PM & 3:00 - 4:30 PM ET)
Unload & Stock Pantry Supplies
Receive food deliveries, inspect inventory, and stock shelves for pantry distribution days.
Distribute Food from Food Pantry (Early Shift)
Greet Lorain County families, assemble produce and grocery boxes, and assist with distribution.
Clothing Closet & Support (Early Shift)
Guide neighbors through clothing racks, restock shoes/coats, and prepare emergency bundles.

Assist evening food pantry guests, organize remaining items, and assist families loading supplies.
